We are Allan and Betina Donde, the married couple behind Box The Original. Our journey began with a shared passion for quality, form, and good craftsmanship – and a desire to do things a little differently. Everything we create stems from our own curiosity and the joy of refining taste experiences and making them truly special.

We created our universe at the intersection of design and the art of taste. Here, we combine gelatin-free gourmet gummies with sustainable chocolate and 100% natural fruit, cocoa, or intense licorice powder. Each bite is carefully balanced, handmade in Denmark, and crafted with respect for ingredients, craftsmanship, and details. For us, it's about creating a sensory experience where texture, taste, and aesthetics merge.
Jesper Buch & Christian Stadil joined the team
In February 2026, we took the biggest leap in the company's history: We entered Løvens Hule (Dragon's Den). It was nerve-wracking, intense, and absolutely fantastic.
